About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our dynamic team as a Sales Operations Lead. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the seamless coordination between sales activities and operational processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both sales and operations, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving making an impact. A background in Product or Sales Enablement is a plus. While this role will report to the Head of ISO Sales, it is a very cross functional role with material interaction with Product and Software Engineering.
Responsibilities:
Be the main point of contact/liaison between the Sales and Product Departments. Understand how business initiatives will function in production and their impact on sales. Create cross-functional relationships to ensure that the sales organization is kept up to date with business items that affect them. Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide operational support to meet those requirements. Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Understand the scope/priority of projects and review details of tickets. Maintain an understanding of sales tools, sales workflow, and the sales tech stack. Audit and understand the 'whys' behind a variety of situations in the sales funnel. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement efficiency enhancements. Continuously assess, update, document, and share standard operating procedures. Requirements:
At least 2 years experience in Sales Operations or Enablement. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills required Ability to understand scope/scale/impact of both issues and potential projects with the ability to prioritize and leverage resources as necessary Proven ability to retain and organize information across multiple departments, and disseminate to internal stakeholders as necessary Work cross functionally with departments such as Product, Salesforce, Operations, Underwriting, Fraud, Quality Assurance, and Strategy & Operations Action oriented thinking and problem solver Has the ability to research ideas or how systems work within the organization and can come back with opinions of functionality Experience with Salesforce, LeanData, Marketing Cloud, Jira, MicroStrategies, SQL, and/or Genesys a plus #LI-Hybrid #BI-Hybrid For Colorado-based candidates, the budgeted range is $90,000 - $100,000, but actual compensation may vary based on experience including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
