The Opportunity
The Sales Operations and Business Insight team goal is to support the sales organization to operate efficiently, make data-driven decisions, and achieve the business objectives. As part of EMEA Sales operation organisation, you deliver data analytics and generate regular reports and content to provide insights into Sales performance, pipeline management and market trends. You will be a trusted business advisor to Regional Sales Ops team and help driving operational cadence, business reviews and go to market planning. The ideal candidate will have a background in data & analytics, building sophisticated Excel models and BI reporting while being able to effectively communicate with executive leaders and team members at all levels to deliver insight and drive actions.

What you'll Do
Specialise in Pipeline, Booking and Sales Performance data sources and metrics and analyse the data to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and highlight bottlenecks.Partner with Sales ops counterparts in Sales, Marketing and Partner organisations to share knowledge and drive operational excellence and automation and standardise reports and critical metric review packs.Work as a key member of the EMEA Sales Ops team, providing timely sales analytics including weekly pipeline analysis and Rep performance reports.Actively identify operational issues and design solutions to make business flow better for the sales teams.Support the fiscal year planning process with market and customer analytics.Work closely with Global BI Team to develop and refine new and existing dashboards and reports to serve the changing business needs and priorities.Collaborate with other organizations, such as Finance, Marketing Ops and Product ops to ensure best and most efficient outcomes can be achieved.What you need to succeed
Minimum 5+ years related work experience in the Sales Operations or business insight field.Bachelor's degree in business, finance, data science or related fieldStrong business acumen, analytical and interpersonal skill, with the ability to communicate clear and concise information to senior stakeholders.A problem solver with the ability to recommend solutions and actionable insights through data analytics.Enjoys working in a fast paced and agile environment and able to operate independently with minimum supervision.Advanced Microsoft Office skills required, especially Excel, PowerBI & PowerPointIntellectual curiosity, hands-on mentality, and excellent attention to detailExperience with CRM systems incl. SFDC and Microsoft dynamics would be an advantage.
