As a Sales Operations Analyst on the Go to Market Operations team at Zendesk, you will report directly to the VP for Sales Operations in EMEA and work cross-functionally in the EMEA region to improve the productivity of the sales development teams.

Ideally you must be detail-oriented, data-driven, and have excellent analytical skills. Knowledge of Sales, Sales Development functions and/or marketing operations experience will be required.
Responsibilities:
Front-line support for Sales leadership, solving queries and problems in a timely and efficient mannerIdentify opportunities to improve business processes; generate functional requirements documentation and work cross functionally to define and deliver process improvementsMonitor data and performance of sales and marketing activities to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities; identify, highlight and resolve data quality issuesParticipate in high priority projects including strategic planning, territory optimisation, quota planning for the Go to Market teamsPartner closely with the Go to Market leadership team to accelerate the lead cycle and create opportunityAnalyse KPIs and metrics to identify trends and data-driven insightsAd-hoc work as required by Go to Market or Sales Operations leadership

At least 2 years experience in a sales or business operations / Analytics roleHigh Salesforce.com aptitudeExperience with using a business intelligence toolProficient in Excel or Google sheetsExperience of using SQL and/or Google BigQueryExcellent English (written and verbal communication)Either French / German / Spanish language would be great but not essential
