Support the Americas Sales OrganizationDrive forecast accuracy by ensuring data compliance in Salesforce.com Customer Relationship Management (CRM)Daily troubleshooting for users and business owners in salesforce.comReport creation for analytics, data quality, and ad hoc queriesManage SFDC data imports and updates for AmericasAnalyze sales process pain points, and work with Sales Ops leadership to develop long-term solutionsSupport the creation and roll-out of strategic programs to drive efficiency & "unlock easy" for our Sales team, including requirements gathering, functionality research, planning, and implementation support as neededDrive opportunity data management controls, processes, and data qualitySupport identifying opportunities for process automation and optimization, with a focus on scalability and growth.Resolve Sales Support tickets for Sales Users around account, opportunity, and process management.Support annual business planning process related to territory planning.Support ongoing realignment of Customers and Prospects and related Territory Management via data assignments in Salesforce.com CRMBe an advocate of the field and champion an "easy to do business with" approach; drive continuous improvement on all related sales processes, documents, and tools to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification of the Sales process.Work cross functionally with Marketing, Sales, Global Business Apps, and Finance in support of all the processes, projects and activities that impact data quality and process optimizationBuild and maintain key documentation regarding our policies, sales processes, and requirementMonitor system adoption and data compliance and governance
You've got what it takes if you have...
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experienceMinimum of 3 years' experience in a global sales or sales operations environmentPrior experience supporting teams located regionally and/or globallyMinimum of 3 years' experience in Salesforce.comFamiliarity with Enterprise software, Cloud, and Services Sales.Ability to independently multi-task, prioritize tasks, make recommendations and decisions, and drive projects to completionDemonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment Consideration for privacy and security obligationsAdvanced MS Excel skills
