We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Operations Analyst to join the Iron Mountain team in Egypt. This will be a hybrid role with some flexibility to work from home.
About the opportunity...
The Sales Operations Analyst role is part of our MENAT Sales Operations team and will have specific focus on supporting the business administration activities in the region. This position will provide valuable support to the Sales Operations and Finance Leadership team with reporting, analytics, performance assessments, dashboards, commissions, as well as a multitude of other routine and ad hoc reports and projects.
What you will do...
You will be working collaboratively with sales operations and finance leadership. The position will also include certain responsibilities for specific subject matter areas and related continuous improvement project responsibilities such as sales commission, book to bill analysis. For those responsibilities the position will directly interface with the Sales Ops management team.
Key Accountabilities
Working with the Sales Operations team on core sales reporting; sales performance management, may include commission validation and recognition.
Monitor effectiveness of sales teams’ use of processes and tools in order to understand needs.
Regional Book to Bill reporting analytics
Perform a variety of both standard and ad-hoc reporting
Contribute to regional priorities such as monthly business review, budget and MYP analytics
Support wider MENAT regions as required
What you will bring...
You will have an understanding of sales operations and experience of working in a similar role in a sales/commercial environment
You will have an understanding of the needs in reporting and analytics.
You will be skilled at Data crunching, creating dashboards, reports and presentations
Skilled in the use of analytical processes and tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, Salesforce.com, Data Analytic studio
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good communications and collaboration skills
