Job Description
In this position, you will manage the sales process, acting as the communication conduit between the Customer, Sales and the Factory to optimize revenue and supply. Overall account management from end-to-end supply management related to product roadmap, demand, supply, backlog, inventory, daily customer issues. Revenue owner who is responsible to provide accurate revenue forecast and engage with field and customers for calibration to drive accurate revenue forecast to the corporation. Drive tactical demand forecast accuracy in alignment with supply. Working with cross Geo, cross organization and other internal stakeholders to formalize an effective business process.
We support SEA/ANZ and India channel partners in CCG/NEX/DCAI/AXG business.
Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:- Building, managing, and maintaining key stakeholder relationships with, but not limited to:- Intel Field sales account teams and managers- Customer purchasing and marketing teams- Product supply teams- Internal teams in other departments and countries- Driving key collaboration discussions with the Customer regarding their demand forecast and marketing strategies- Investigating and understanding key data indicators to be used in conjunction with collaboration discussions in order to generate an accurate demand forecast which will be used by factories, and other teams' groups across Intel- Liaising with multiple groups, both internally -such as marketing, logistics, product supply and finance and externally -the customer and freight carriers which makes the role very dynamic and interactive- Understanding customer sales strategies, market conditions, and competition trends to help drive accurate demand signal- Understanding customer needs and Intel's operations and/or strategies to influence supply decisions- Influencing and adding value by identifying and offering product alternatives when needed- Managing customer supply line to ensure they get the right products at the right time -placing, tracking orders, and resolving issues.- Escalating and crisply communicating customer issues with clear recommendations on actions needed- Using data to drive problem resolution- Building trust and respect with co-worker's, managers, and counterparts -buyers, peers, and direct managers.- Improving productivity and process by developing, using, and sharing best known methods to help others complete assignments- Presenting ideas and/or opinions in a direct manner- Working with internal teams to ensure Customer Data is accurate, compliant and created in within SLA's. In this role you will be expected to act as the Gatekeeper of our Customer Data.
Qualifications
Fluent in both verbal and written EnglishStrong customer service focus and good business acumen to drive the business forwardAttention to detail and process orientedStrong communication skills with the ability to adapt style and content appropriately for the audienceAbility to quickly digest problems and drive solutions across a dynamic stakeholder base;Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge is preferred;Bachelor's degree, Business, Economics or Supply Chain majors preferred;At least 2 year experiences in business analysis or operations, preferably in semiconductor industryInside this Business Group

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
