  Our Sales Operations organization is looking for a Sales Operations Administrator who is driven by a sense of "team success"! You will be drawing on your outstanding process and data expertise while working alongside our sales support teams. Your ability to interface with a variety of personalities will place you in excellent position as you assist in supporting our global sales team. Your ability to quickly learn our products, processes and systems will make you an invaluable team member.   What You Will Do:

  Work closely with, and provide support for, our domestic team of Account Executives to increase productivity and effectiveness through better usage of our CRM (Salesforce.com)Continually enhance knowledge of our products enabling you to provide guidance in building out complex sales quotesGain a deep understanding of the current sales processes and assist the team in refining and implementing themPartner with our Sales Enablement team to become the resident subject matter expert on CRM (Salesforce.com) and other sales automation toolsCo-host and support our twice weekly Deal Desk meetingReview and provide feedback to new AE's going through CPQ/SFDC training via MindTickleAssist in onboarding new team members to the Sales Ops teamAssist in structuring complex sales deals, providing flexibility, while aligning to rev rec requirementsLiaise with multiple cross-functional teams in supporting the sales team's needsSupport the team with ad hoc projects coming from multiple cross-functional teams

  What You Will Need:

  A Bachelor's degree preferred or prior work-related experience1+ years' experience working within a sales environment in an administrative capacityAn interest in working within a sales and sales operations environment in a support capacityKnowledge of a variety of software applications, including Salesforce.com, Excel and PowerPointExperience working under and consistently meeting tight deadlines while adjusting priorities as neededExceptional organizational skills with an attention to detail and commitment to customer serviceKnowledge of online web-based meeting technology such as Teams or Zoom or other similar products and technologies a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to engage and collaborate with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds

  Each team member is required to have a career plan in place and reviewed with their manager after six months with our team.The starting pay for this role is $24.00 per hour.Pay progression is based on performance.
