Job Description Reporting to the Director - Sales Planning,you will lead strategy and implementation of the global sales coveragemodel, also known as the go-to-market model. You will be the singleowner of the global standard for process, policy, timing, data structureand regional coordination for all facets of the annual sales modelrefresh or in-year modification of the model. The role partners withregional sales leadership, operational planning and finance teams forall sales organizations, and corporate functions from Operations,Finance and Human Resources. The expectation is to lead across-functional team at a corporate level, but also to engage at aregional level to understand and develop a cohesive global strategy thatincorporates regional nuance. You will be integral to all regionalstrategy and compliance discussions, and aid with planning to ensureglobal standards are met, or amended. This position creates, maintains,and governs a standard global sales capacity planning process. Currentregional capacity planning motions are to be evaluated with bestpractices being reviewed against industry standards to create a globallyoptimized model. You will create inbound and outbound process flows tomaintain a standard program.
