The Specialist is a key member of both the sales and marketing teams acting as the liaison between the departments creating a seamless and beneficial flow of information. This position will report to the head of the marketing department.MAJOR/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Coordinate tradeshows and industry events, in whatever capacity that may entail including create necessary materialsOrganize and distribute internal sales support materialsCoordinate with marketing team when new materials are neededCollaborate with other members of the marketing team to build and update laboratory pages on Microbac websiteFunction as the liaison between marketing and the sales team to create geographic or industry specific individual marketing campaignsCoordinate and support list building with sales team for marketing campaignsFunction as Hubspot administrator and continue to learn Hubspot capabilitiesHead of webinar team, responsible for coordination of content, logistics, advertisement, and moderator for the eventAssist with development and then execute data-driven email and social media marketing strategies, focusing on contact segmentation, personalization, and automationEnhance Microbac's social media strategy and presenceAssist in copywriting for emails and other marketing assets(eventual podcasting host)KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:Oversee the development of specific sales and marketing techniquesPromote the business and communicate with employees in the most efficient and effective wayWork with the marketing department to make sure that the company website is promoting Microbac services and products as effectively as possible, enhancing our brand to the publicCollaborate with the sales team to help generate new, and strengthen current customer relationships utilizing the tools in SalesforceHelp develop sales presentations as neededEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Bachelor's degree + 3-5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and work experienceExperience working with applications within the Microsoft Office Suite is requiredExperience with CRM, preferably Salesforce, and marketing automation software, preferably Hubspot, is requiredIn-depth knowledge of email marketing best practices, including contact segmentation, personalization, automation, and deliverability.Proven ability to analyze and interpret email performance data and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading.Exceptional communication skills to work as a member of a fully remote, collaborative team.PHYSICAL DEMANDS:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
