BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION
Sales Manager for WHRS Power Plants: Boilers, Steam Turbines, ACC, BOP, Auxiliaries and Accessories in Cement, Oil and Gas, Fertilizer, Chemical and Process Industries
RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical Assessment: Conduct in-depth technical assessments of project requirements.
Bid Preparation: Lead the development of comprehensive and competitive bids, including technical proposals, cost estimates, project schedules, and compliance documentation.
Coordination with customer for project inputs, schedules and delivery.
Arrange approvals of documents from customer and consultant
Coordination with internal departments
Bid Submission: Prepare and submit high-quality, timely bid packages, ensuring compliance with client requirements and industry standards.
QUALIFICATION
BE Mechanical.
EXPERIENCE
Total Experience: 15 to 20 years
Experience in:
Proven experience as a Bid Manager, preferably with a focus on WHRS Power Plants
Strong technical knowledge of boilers, and related auxiliary equipment.
Proficiency in cost estimation and financial analysis.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with clients.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
