Your Role – International, Challenging And Future-Oriented!
In this role you will be responsible for sales, execution, and completion of Grid Stations projects in line with time, cost, and quality requirements of the contract.
Actively Support BU Management/ Head of Sales in formulation of a Sales strategy with consideration to overall business targets / strategy, to ensure Bid success (commercial, time, quality) and conversion to Customer Orders within region
Demonstrate leadership abilities to drive the organization through the sales phase to successful order closure and handover
Review project requirements, technical work-scopes and proposed contract terms and conditions
Manage sales process, coordinates and negotiates proposals in cooperation with tendering team, internal functions other stakeholders
Attend customer clarification meetings/ presentations and undertake customer visits where necessary to ensure the scope is fully clarified and understood.
Establish high performing culture in local and outsourced sales support resources, consisting of the required expertise to accurately and successfully support the bid
Deliver all aspects of the sales process, including information, presentation, accuracy and submittal of formal bid and pre-qualification responses to maximize success
Be responsible for identifying, evaluating and advising the management team of any commercial, financial or technical risk for bids or opportunities
Ensure compliance with pre-commencement procedures, with respect to execution and completion, to ensure that liabilities and risks are minimized
Support in LOA (Limit of Authority) process implementation including complete documentation
Be responsible for Win/ Loss Analysis of all submitted offers to customers
Support in improving the quality of the proposals and the efficiency of the proposal process
Perform according to the Business Conduct Guidelines/ Siemens’ internal procedures and support in establishing a culture of trust and integrity
Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid!
A degree in Electrical Engineering from reputable university
6-8 years’ experience in Sales and tendering of Transmission Solution projects.
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Proficiency in English (Verbal and Written)
