Summary:
Meta is seeking an exceptional leader to lead, build and inspire a centralized sales team working for the mid market segment in Israel and in Southern Europe Gaming. You will forge powerful client and agency relationships to deliver outsized results on ambitious targets while playing a strategic role in developing the region. In this position, you will be directly responsible for leading a centralized sales team of Account Managers who help clients and agencies get the best results from their marketing campaigns on Meta – through account planning, consultation, education, optimization, and support. Operating in a very fast-paced environment, this is a unique opportunity to influence strategy, develop a high-performing team who drive the strategic and commercial relationships with mid-sized companies and building strong internal cross functional alignment. In addition to developing a high-performing consultative sales team that exceeds quarterly targets, you'll be responsible for working with other teams across Meta to create and grow markets, verticals and scale programs focused on improving the Meta experience for our partners. Establish team goals and work with direct reports on strategies for executing, measuring and sharing results

Provide business analytic strength to help facilitate initiatives critical to ongoing growth at market and regional levels
Drive overall operational efficiency across sales and business operations
Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives with our most strategic clients across various industries, ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs and challenges

Proven track record of inspiring, leading and developing teams either directly managed or as a peer
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment with strong analytical and strategic planning background
Strong working knowledge of the digital marketing industry and experience with direct response online advertising campaigns
Fluency & excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English
Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented and organized
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial and comfortable dealing with ambiguity
Strong critical-thinking and creative problem-solving abilities
Proven ability to build strong working relationships
