  Gracenote, a Nielsen Company is the leading provider of entertainment metadata and media recognition technology that powers discovery features for top TV, music, sports and automotive platforms.

  Our Sales Manager will drive revenue for Gracenote's full suite of products to a wide range of clients. These clients are primarily local Pay TV Operators, OTT platforms and broadcasters.

  Job Responsibilities

  Own the Mexican territory and be knowledgeable on the content and entertainment market trends.Main focus is to grow the Mexican territory by adding new customers to the company portfolio.Develop and manage sales proposals, renewals process, solid pipeline building, closing deals for the territory.Using a meticulously honed sales process which includes high prospecting and developing relationships, implementing strategies to ensure customer retention, analyzing needs and opportunities, negotiating contract terms, documenting activity and rigorously following up on issues pertaining to the sale and delivery of services to customers, exceed revenue targets set for the territory.Implement programs for improving and monitoring sales performance and productivity.Manage active customers' relationships and needs, convert those needs into upsells.Collaborate with sales colleagues in the Latam clusters to drive revenue opportunities.Work with internal stakeholders in product, engineering and content to drive product development and identify new requirements based on client feedback.Communicate with operations to deliver products and services to customers in assigned territory.Identify new business opportunities and improve current products by maintaining a strong working knowledge of industry trends and competitive threats.

  Job Requirements
