Your future role.
You support global sales to maintain expand our market-leading position in medium voltage drives.
You steer our sales regions with portfolio-specific value propositions and advise our customers.
You use your drive technology application know-how to lead the development of creative, customer-centric proposals.
You train our regional sales units and customers on the technology, trends and applications in the medium voltage drive applications; focus on German-speaking areas of Europe.
You derive and provide input for our factories and portfolio management regarding the expected product pipeline.
In addition, you align the sales activities with the adjacent (sales) departments.
You also strengthen our strategic and long-term relationships with customers, partners and sales regions.
You also recognize and record market trends and derive sales, marketing and portfolio measures.
Your profile.
The basis of your success is a completed Master's/University degree in the field of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Building on this, you have already gained several years (min. 5+ years) of professional experience in machine building, drive technology or other power electronics applications.
You have a proven track record in business development, sales and growing a business.
You also have references for co-creating innovative solutions with customers.
You are fluent in German and English. Other languages are desirable.
Willingness to travel internationally is part of your motivation.
