Job Description
As a Strategic Account Executive focused on the India market, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales revenue by developing and executing strategic sales initiatives targeting mid-market and enterprise accounts for Freshworks CRM solutions.. Your deep understanding of the Indian business landscape, cultural nuances, and expertise in CRM solutions will enable you to identify customer needs, develop customized solutions, and establish long-term partnerships. Your ability to navigate the unique dynamics of the Indian market, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and drive sales growth will be critical to your success. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, will be essential to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Planning and Execution:Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic sales plan specifically tailored for the India market, focusing on mid-market and enterprise accounts.Utilize your deep understanding of the Indian business landscape to identify key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts, establishing strong relationships to drive sales opportunities.Conduct thorough research and analysis of target accounts, considering the specific requirements, preferences, and challenges faced by Indian businesses, to develop effective sales strategies.Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored value propositions aligned with customer needs, taking into account the unique requirements of Indian organizations.Utilize consultative selling techniques, incorporating your knowledge of the Indian market, to identify customer pain points, propose customized CRM solutions, and showcase the value of the product.Relationship Management and Consultative Selling:Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including executives and department heads, within target accounts in the India market, leveraging your understanding of the local business culture and dynamics.Serve as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on CRM solutions and industry best practices, considering the unique challenges and preferences of Indian businesses.Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and in-depth discovery sessions to identify areas where the CRM solution can deliver value, addressing the specific business challenges faced by Indian organizations.Present and demonstrate the CRM solution's capabilities, features, and benefits, illustrating how it addresses customer needs and aligns with the strategic objectives of Indian businesses.Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing support, providing insights and guidance that are culturally and market-specific to maximize customer satisfaction and retention in the India market.Sales Performance Analysis and Reporting:Analyze sales data, pipeline activity, and revenue projections to assess progress against sales targets in the India market, identifying areas for improvement based on the unique market dynamics.Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management, highlighting opportunities, risks, and potential roadblocks specific to the India market.Utilize CRM software and sales tools to manage leads, opportunities, and customer information accurately and efficiently, incorporating market-specific data and insights relevant to the India market.Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, competitor offerings, and CRM product developments in the India market, leveraging your knowledge to maintain a competitive edge.Collaboration and Teamwork:Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, and customer success, ensuring seamless customer engagement and aligned strategies in the India market.Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns, events, and content that resonate with mid-market and enterprise customers in India, incorporating cultural and market-specific elements.Provide valuable feedback and insights from the India market, leveraging your experience and local knowledge, to internal teams, enhancing product offerings, improving sales processes, and optimizing the customer experience.Qualifications
Proven experience of 10+ years in strategic sales.5+ Years selling CRM to Enterprise & Mid Market Accounts.Experience in driving new logo acquisitions (hunting role)Extensive experience in consultative selling and solution-based sales approaches. A good hold on sales methodologies is a must. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Willingness to travel, as required.
