Coach, develop, and manage CVE team to achieve/exceed performance goalsHold weekly team calls to manage top issues across clients, discuss user feedback, and review areas of improvementCollaborate with other sales leaders in the development and sharing of user issues and unique solutions used to solve these issuesSupport CVE in resolving complex issues and internal obstaclesConduct regular 1:1 coaching sessions including IDP's.Leverage unique methods to share best practices and knowledge across the teamBenefits:
