The Role
The Sales & Implementation Specialist is responsible for closing customer sales and implementing new product offerings. You will work with small collision repair businesses to understand the complex nature of their business needs and gather required information to ensure an accurate and compliant implementation. You will own the onboarding process from start to finish including the customers' first time use of the new product.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive launch plans for each customer including implementation and support initiatives.Execute pre-launch campaigns to generate early interest and drive sales pipeline.Manage customer relationships and secure strategic alliances to amplify reach and accelerate adoption.Execute Beta Testing and Pilots of all sales, implementation, and centralized support models.Lead our customers' transition to the new product while adhering to customized launch plans.Act as the trusted advisor taking responsibility for communication with the client throughout the sale closing, implementation, and initial service processes.Be a leader on the sales team in securing early adopters and driving initial revenue generation.Develop and implement a scalable onboarding process for new customers, ensuring smooth product adoption and positive first impressions.Partner with internal teams on the creation of training materials and support documentation for customers and internal teams.Develop and implement effective communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged.Provide customer training including value-based product coaching.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze customer data to identify areas for improvement.Lead the development and implementation of post-launch initiatives to drive customer retention and expansion.Investigate, problem solve, research, and provide resolutions to customer questions and issues.Proactively identify and address customer feedbackContinuously iterate and improve the sales, implementation, and service processes based on data and customer insights.Partner with CCC ONE product team to improve customer-facing product functionality and internal implementation tooling.
Requirements:
Minimum 5-7 years of Project Management and SaaS Implementation experience with managing, running, and implementation of a payroll system.Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, technology, or a related field. Experience in lieu of degree is acceptable.Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling new SaaS products.Intermediate Payroll experience required. Advanced Collision Repair Payroll experience preferred.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.Passion for our industry and our mission to deliver cutting-edge SaaS solutions.CCC ONE experience preferred.Client-facing experience. Deep empathy and willingness to go above and beyond for the customer.Strong understanding of the entire sales, implementation, and customer service lifecycle.Deep knowledge of Excel and are comfortable with large data sets.Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where processes and products change often.High attention to detail and strong organizational habits.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Skilled in problem-solving, dealing with ambiguity, and cross-team communication.Self-motivated and comfortable working collaboratively and autonomously - excited about striving toward team and individual metrics.You have a deep sense of ownership and sense of urgency around all the work you do.You love complex systems with rules that vary from state-to-state and even town-to-town.Ability to demonstrate good judgment.You set high standards for yourself and have exceptional interpersonal skills.Ability to adapt to a dynamic and growing organization.
