Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Sales offering and policya. Monitor and collect user rights and promotional policy changes of competitors, provide corresponding reports and insights.
b. Initiate and coordinate the development of user rights, promotional policies, and ensure the implementation of policies in the direct sales model.
c. Develop and adjust promotional policies for relevant vehicle models, regions, stores, vehicle type, and sales personnel based on the achievement of sales targets.
d. Dock sales offering and policy requirements with digital tool developer.
Co-creation of sales strategy and derivative offeringa. Collaborate to complete sales strategy design, including sales planning, target allocation, vehicle resource management, etc.
b. Collaborate with parallel departments to develop derivative promotional policies, including loyalty program, key account, fleet sales, financing, and insurance programs.
Sales growth initiativea. Propose overall performance enhancement plan from sales steering.
b. Identify business risk and propose mitigation plan.
c. Collaborate with the finance department to propose cost of retail and submit budgets for approval.
d. Other ad-hoc projects requested by supervisor.
Additional Job Description
Key Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above in automotive, finance, management, marketing, economics, or related fields.
5+ years of work experience in the automotive or related industry, strong experience in both direct to customer model and dealer model, familiarity with ICE or import vehicle sales policy is preferred, retail and field operation experience is a strong plus.
Strong experience in cross functional collaboration, work with both internal and external stakeholders including finance, retail, used car, fleet sales, marketing, etc.
Strong learning and execution abilities, possessing the ability to think beyond traditional frameworks, and possessing the ability to handle multiple tasks and organize effectively.
Pay attention to details, possess strong analytical, financial and judgment abilities, and be able to identify and solve complex problems.
Excellent writing and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English, able to work independently and experienced in establishing effective partnerships within and outside of the organization.
With ability to deliver aesthetic and quality business report with suitable software, capable of using BI dashboard is preferred.
