  Sales Finance Lead Retail & Discount (m/w/d)

  Responsibilities

  Die Position:

  Customer and Product contribution analysis:

  Ensures close business partnering with the Retail and Discounter commercial teamsProvides financial results, KPI tracking and cause of Change insights, Assures integrity of reported data in all leading systems and all information flow outside financeAssists in preparing the customer review reporting package and issues defined reporting to senior management

  Development of Reporting tools:

  Supports data accuracy in actual reporting and delivers planning of AOP, ACP, PxF.Assures data integrity of prices, discounts, allowances and fixed customer budgets in TM1/SAPDevelopps meaningful TM1 based KPI reportings and supports the development of enhancements

  Revenue management agenda by

  Assisting in preparing customer budget reviewsSupporting negotiations providing commercial analysis and driving pricing initiativesProviding customer analysis data including meaningful variance explanationSupports the organization with financial ad-hoc analysis and gives fact-based recommendationsApply Global Control Standards in the processes under his/her accountability, following corporate and local policies as periodically updated and communicated, and ensure correct execution and documentation of controls.AOP process: support in PSP/AOP creation of growth building blocks for eComPacking/Price Strategy: Development of packing/price strategies to exploit profitability potentials. Initiation of pack/price initiatives as part of the PSP planning process. Support in implementation (prime mover for pack/price initiatives).Promo Agenda: regular reviews of promo performance together with commercial team. Assist in developing promo plan recommendation for eCom customers based on key insights from promo analyses and regular follow-ups and adjustments together with customer teams.

  University degree in Finance/Accounting and experience in FP&A/Sales Planning, or similar financial function (5yrs)FMCG experience of advantageHighly flexible teamplayerFluency in English is a mustGerman is considered to be an assetExcellent experience with MS Office applications and SAP, BI or equivalent ERP systems and multidimensional data bases
