Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate sales new hire onboarding, seller skill development, and other sales learning programs in a classroom or virtual setting leveraging modern learning methodsDemonstrate excellence across the spectrum of facilitation skills including but not limited to:Comprehension and application of learning or performance objectivesCreating optimal learning environmentsAdjusting facilitation approach "on the fly" to meet learners needsEngaging learners through discussion/questioning/visual aids/tools/activitiesConnecting key concepts across organizational values, culture, and strategic prioritiesExecute against standardized Learning Management System (LMS) operational processes such as managing the learning library, creating events and sessions, configuring email communications, creating learning assignments, and managing rosters.Manage training schedules and logistics to ensure no overlap of respective programs within the SEE team and with other stakeholdersCollect and present program metrics throughout the lifecycle of programs and at end of year by developing, delivering, and tracking/prepost evaluations and participation/completions.Own and maintain seller facing content using our Content Management System.Benefits:
