  Jobstätigkeiten:

  Entwickelung und Pflege der starken Beziehungen mit bestehenden Kunden und Pflege der ändernden Bedürfnisse.Sie fungieren als technischer Berater für Kunden und bieten Produktvorführungen und Präsentationen an.Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Engineering-Team, um Lösungen basierend auf den Kundenanforderungen anzupassen.Kommunikation mit Kunden um neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und Branchentrends sowie möglicherweise neue Produkte zu identifizieren.Enge Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams, um eine erfolgreiche Projektabwicklung sicherzustellen.Sie entwicklen und führen strategische Wachstumspläne für Kundenkonten aus, um Umsatzwachstum, Kontodurchdringung und Kundenzufriedenheit der zugewiesenen Konten sicherzustellen.Sie arbeiten mit lokalen Händlern zusammen, leiten Vertriebspartner und deren Niederlassungen als wichtige Partner für das Gebietswachstum.Drive Pipeline (Erstellung neuer Projekte) und Konvertierung (Gewinnchancen).

  Ideales Profil für diese Position:

  Bachelor-Abschluss in Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich.Erfahrung in einer Vertriebs- oder Geschäftsentwicklungsfunktion, beispielsweise in Form eines Praktikums, wären von Vorteil.Ein technischer Hintergrund mit der Fähigkeit technische Produkte zu verstehen und zu kommunizieren wäre von Vorteil."To-Do"-Einstellung.Außergewöhnliche Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten.Kreatives und strategisches Denken zur Entwicklung innovativer Vertriebsansätze.Fähigkeit in einer schnelllebigen Umgebung unabhängig und kollaborativ zu arbeiten.Bereitschaft 2 Tage pro Woche zu (potenziellen) Kunden hauptsächlich innerhalb Deutschlands zu reisen.
