  To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a Sales Engineer Innomotics (m/f/x) for the Flanders region. This position offers the opportunity to continuously grow as an engineer, to help you make a difference and to become part of our most powerful engine… our worldwide team of 15.000 dedicated experts.   What are your responsibilities?

  As a Sales Engineer, you are contributing to the growth of the organization. This entails that you will be identifying and developing opportunities in close collaboration with the sales team. After the initial trainings, you’ll:

  Build up expertise in motor & drives technology and become a trusted advisor for our customers.

  Establish good relationships with our existing customers through a tailor-made analysis of their specific needs.

  Analyze new business opportunities and take initiatives to convert them into reality.

  Work closely with the back office and bid team and other colleagues within Innomotics. You regularly discuss your customer portfolio and share your insights based on your contacts with customers, prospects and the market in general.

  You support the customers to find optimal solutions and negotiate quotations.

  Actively participate in marketing activities (presentations, trade fairs…).

  Who are we looking for?

  You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electro mechanics or similar technical orientation . 

  A first experience in a comparable position is an asset. If you have no experience yet but do have a broad interest in the technology and application, you are also welcome.  

  You like to work result- and solution-oriented in a technical environment and you can convey your analyses in a communicative and customer-oriented.

  You have a natural curiosity to interface with others.

  Working both independently and in a team suits you well. 

  You are fluent in Dutch and English . French is an asset.
