A key ingredient to the success of the transformation is listening and gathering strategic input from the people directly impacted by the change. Intel's Sales Excellence team is hiring a Sales Engagement and Insights Strategist to lead our seller listening efforts.
The Sales Engagement and Insights Specialist will conduct regular seller and sales manager surveys and host our Change Network Groups (CGNs), which are communities of sellers, sales managers, and sales operations professionals who have committed to representing their organizations and advising Sales Excellence on strategic topics, providing feedback, and acting as change agents. They will also manage our sales leadership advisory and steering committees, which provides opportunities to regularly interact with senior company executives.
Activities include:
Managing the delivery, attendance, measurement and reporting of the CNGs and other seller listening programs within Sales Excellence.Running CNGs and leadership/steering committees, including but not limited to:Building a roadmap of agenda topics and advocating within Sales Excellence to ensure key topics are brought into the CNGs early and often.Collaborating with Sales Excellence subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop content for the CNGs and leadership/steering committees with appropriate voice and level of depth.Measuring the success of the CNGs and continuously adapting strategies, delivery and content to keep members engaged.Building relationships and engaging in informal listening with CNG members.Recruiting new CNG members as needed to ensure representation across all geographies and sales motions.Managing the publication and distribution of CNG materials.Running our seller survey program, including but not limited to:Conducting three audience-specific surveys per year, targeting sellers and sales managers.Analyzing survey data and open-ended comments to identify key themes and trends.Reporting out and enabling Sales Excellence to use the data to help inform strategies.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Marketing, Communications, or other related fields.3+ years of experience in sales, sales enablement, marketing, communications, or community management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in survey design, implementation, and analysis.A strong understanding of sales and sales enabling practices and tools (e.g. Salesforce, Seismic, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)Experience with community management and engagement.Experience working in a global role with stakeholders across multiple geographies, languages and time zones.Organizational change management experience.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $99,487.00-$149,235.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience
Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
