Sales Enablement Program Manager

Join our team! As a Sales Enablement Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in equipping our sales teams with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to excel. You will be responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of projects related to our annual sales meeting and support additional programs as needed, such as onboarding, sales skills, products, processes, and systems & tools. You will not have direct reports.
About the Role
In this opportunity as a Sales Enablement Program Manager, you will:
Influence Sales Enablement strategy and alignment with company objectives by assessing needs, defining scope, prioritizing demand and resourcing, performing risk management, and maintaining roadmaps for program-aligned projects. Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of projects and programs in partnership with Stakeholders, Subject-Matter Experts, and Instructional Designers and Developers. Lead cross-functional projects and align Sales Enablement efforts with company objectives by partnering with leadership, sales channels, marketing, product development, and other relevant departments. Manage multiple concurrent projects with various stakeholders and project teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all initiatives. Apply strong organization and time management to coordinate activities with project team members and stakeholders and lead projects to meet key deadlines. Establish effective communication practices, including status updates and expert review to ensure deliverables meet high quality standards and align with sales goals. Seek opportunities to improve project management, efficiency, effectiveness, and transparency with data-driven decisions and best practices.
About You
You're a fit for this role if your background includes:
Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution. At least 3 years of experience in a sales enablement or a related role, with a focus on project management. Proficiency in advanced business English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to articulate complex ideas and craft professional documents to ensure clear and concise communication. Experience in project managing in-person sales meetings, ensuring seamless planning, execution, and follow-up to maximize impact and contribute to overall sales success. Proven record of utilizing project management skills and methods to deliver successful projects. Strong organization and time management to effectively balance multiple concurrent projects. Excellent presentation skills and experience leading collaborative conversations with peers, management, and leadership. Analytical mindset to identify and address issues, risks, and opportunities. Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances, navigate ambiguity, and proactively adjust strategies and approaches to meet evolving business needs. Self-motivated team player focused on collaborating, building effective working relationships, and enabling team members to succeed.
