Job Description
Philips Emergency Care & Resuscitation (ECR) offers a full range of Cardiac Defibrillators and complimentary products - from easy-to-use Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) used in the home and community. The District Sales and Distributor Manager is the key interface between Philips, Philips AED distributors and its end user customers and will represent Philips and its products while consulting to provide total solutions to their needs.
Your role:Manage the direct and indirect territories installed base and growing market share.Partner with authorized distribution partners, supporting their sales activities into the Commercial AED markets.Position includes prospecting, developing relationships and developing opportunities, pre-sale presentations, some post-sale training, quotes, proposals, forecasting, meeting quarterly quota and being on commission.Candidates should reside in the DC, Baltimore MD area with 75% travel and the ability to occasionally work off-shift hours; District includes: DE, MD, DC, VA, TN, KY, WV, OH, MIYou're the right fit if:
You've acquired 3+ years of experience in successful sales experience involving advanced medical capital equipment with documented revenue and market share growth results.Your skills include: managing distributors or direct employees, record of performance against company objectives; ability to discuss the science of resuscitation.You're a sales professional with: multi-level selling, negotiations, relationship building, territory management, strategic selling, account management, articulation of corporate value proposition, needs analysis and appropriate competitive positioning; Federal Government or Military a plusYou have a bachelor's degree or equivalent.You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.About Philips

Philips Transparency Details
Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.
