Short Description
Infosys is seeking an Associate Vice President(AVP)-Senior Manager -Client Services to lead and grow our business within an existing marquee accounts in our Communications, Media and Technology business.
The AVP- Senior Manager is accountable for all aspects of client relationship. The AVP leads the preparation and execution of the Account plan, reviews Sales plan/pipelines, support and review proposal preparation, outcomes and portfolio plans done by the account team.
The AVP- Senior Manager will be engaging with senior stakeholders including CXO's for managing the account and will provide leadership to the account teams.
Location: Sydney/Melbourne
Job Responsibility Drives higher account penetration with Infosys services Identifies and drives large opportunities of at least $100million within the account or net new business Establishes partnerships to support client needs Engages the relevant internal Infosys teams and service lines team for developing solutions.. Be the escalation point and if needed also directly handles risks and issues related to the accounts
Qualifications: Senior-level experience in client-facing roles or account management leadership roles Experienced in managing business portfolio of $100mn + annually. End to end multiple account ownership including account forecasting, budgeting, operations and overall P&L Strong Client Relationship Management skills; engagement with Client General Managers and CXOs Deep experience in client engagement in a Global delivery model and drive solutions and financials decisions with offshore teams. Strong background in commercial negotiations
Required skills Strong sales/relationship management/account management experience Track record of interacting and building relationships with Head-offs/Directors/CXO level client contacts Significant business development, program management/consulting experience Experience in Technology Consulting in a Global Delivery Model within communications, media and technology sector Have the ability to position industry insights as they pertain to client needs & requirements Deeply understand their client's business challenges, and provide thought leadership in addressing these issues Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation skills Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience Commercially savvy/understands contracts, MSA , Multiple pricing models Knowledge of industry specific go-to-market solutions Experience managing large multi-location consulting engagement teams
