The Director of Sales will develop sales strategies execute plans, manage and guide sales activities and programs for the organization to achieve maximum sales volume potential for products and services. This person should have deep expertise in interactive media as well as experience in emerging and traditional media. Familiarity with the latest advertising and product trends to help guide vertical based strategic selling resources. The candidate must be able to take direction as well as take the initiative to manage a team of up to five account executives.
Activities & Expectations:
• Daily management of sales team, pipeline, forecasting etc...

• Coach sellers
• Partner with sellers and close business when required
Requirements:
• College degree preferred
• Minimum 8+ years experience in sales and at least 4 years in digital advertising sales
• Must have either Director or Sales Manager level experience
• Must have a high digital acumen
• Must know how to manage the daily activity of a sales team
• Superior interpersonal & communications skills
• Passion for new and emerging media
• Highly creative and strategic thinker
• Must have used Salesforce in prior experience
• Must be able to launch and implement new sales programs
• Highly collaborative leader and a team player, both within the company and with clients, partners
• Proficient in Microsoft office suite of products
• Excellent public speaking skills
