As LeadDesk continues its international growth (because how else do we continue calling ourselves a growth company? ), my team has been quite busy.
It also means we need your help and can't wait to welcome the 3rd Sales Development Representative (SDR) to our team.

What you can expect as our SDR at LeadDesk
You'll be identifying quality leads by researching which prospects to approach.
You'll be doing cold outreach while providing a stellar first impression of LeadDesk and our product.
You'll be nurturing leads and setting them up to buy from us, leading to a booked meeting with one of our Account Managers.
You'll be working closely with the Account Managers and Country Manager to ensure smooth sales processes and enhance interactions in our team.
What success looks like in this role
You have a certain number of qualified sales opportunities each month created for our Account Managers.
You've learnt the ins and outs of LeadDesk's product and buyer persona. This is reflected in your effective pitches to the right clients to connect their needs to our business-critical solution.
You've earned your stripes to be promoted to Account Manager. You get to have, e.g., your own client meetings and close deals.

As this is an entry-level role, you don't need to have prior experience in the field. Instead, we're looking for:

Hunger to learn our business and technology and knack for finding the right information.
Resilience and adaptability. You know how to be persistent and remain positive.
Structured and target-driven way of working. Expect to work a lot independently and monitor your daily progress.
Active listening skills. Nothing can ask questions and listen to answers like a human.
Top-notch communication and organizational skills.
Ability to make a positive first impression and swiftly win your prospects' trust.
Language skills, education, location, and official documentation
Full professional working proficiency in both Spanish (this is the language for customer communication) and English (this is our internal language). Fluent Portuguese is a big plus.
A recent university degree (a major in International Business or Finance is preferred).
Residency in the Madrid metropolitan area.
Proof of residence and right to work in Spain (NIE / TIE / DNI).
Nice-to-haves
Knowledge of tools such as Pipedrive, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, and Microsoft 365.
Technical knowledge (e.g., SQL, database management, etc.).
Understanding of sales processes and B2B sales.
Prospecting skills.
