This is a quota-carrying position for a professional who has the ability to develop client opportunities - from Lead Generation to Closing - together with the responsible Sales Director and Product Management team. Delivery of sales results to contribute directly to annual sales targets is the indirect goal behind.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, will be able to work in a highly collaborative environment, will be able to build essential product solution expertise and will work results-oriented in relationships with both internal and external clients.
Candidate shall have financial messaging services (ideal SWIFT/EBICS etc.) and financial markets understanding. Ideal candidate will have spent time in a sales operations or sales enablement functions.

Job Responsibilities: Will working closely with Product Sales Director and Product Management on sales opportunities, to develop clients from Lead Generation to Closing and in the wider scope of SWIFT communications.Listen, understand and pre-qualify client requirements in early stages as an essential key factor of the sales process.Scoping and documenting the intended solution and options, based on given facts and figures from the customer.Demonstrate the product solution in front of the customer.Help driving RFX Processes, together with the responsible Sales Director.Ability to build the value proposition story, to develop prospects to higher maturities.Identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts by cold calling, surveys and leveraging existing [internal and external] relationships where/how possibleIndependently oversee and complete all aspects of the sales process, from pre-qualification to due diligence and contract executionHelp coordinating internal activities across Broadridge to optimize the management of the sales cycles and the ultimate delivery of sales results - including managing internal resources to provide the necessary expertise and support during the sales process including legal, finance, product specialists, and senior management.Maintain accountability for pre-sales related deliverables and commitments for assigned situations.Maintain a knowledge-base of current and planned development of all relative Broadridge products/services that can be sold in conjunction with the product solution scope (SWIFT).Understand and follow Broadridge defined sales practices as it relates to account planning and sales tracking and reporting to ensure senior management has a line-of-sight on sales practices and resultsPreferred Qualifications: BS/BA required (business concentration preferred)Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in financial services, b-to-b sales, technology and/or solutions salesSkills/Competencies: Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills in German and English mandatoryTrack record of delivering against an assigned quota a plusPrevious training and experience with sales process and methodology in sales ops/enablementStrong technical foundation; ability to use CRM, Excel, PPT and related applications to manage data, report results, and present to both internal and external executive managementStrong time management skills with an ability to prioritize work, multi-task across various activities and meet deadlinesWillingness to travel to clients and prospects#LI-Hybrid
