Job scope/summary:
Provide ongoing support for Quota Deployment activities up to releasing Sales Letters for all covered businessesResponsibilities:
Prepares and reviews materials to communicate issue resolution for external customers, coordinating with external-facing representatives as appropriate.
Owns and reviews reports detailing performance indicators, sales trends, and other sales data-related analysis; highlights implications, drawing conclusions and recommendations from trends and observations.
Coordinates exempt level team members by providing project management (e.g., coordinates day- to-day activities), mentoring, and coaching.
Manages post-sales order management (e.g., specialized product builds, performance reports, data analysis); handles a limited number of the most complex customer accounts.
Manages relationships with other departments and support groups (e.g., internal sales, audit, operational support, delivery) to resolve highly complex issues.
Ensures resolution of open order (backlog) report by coordinating team members and reaches out to supply chain or factory to determine source of delay; communicates status and ensures any escalated issues are resolved.
Ensures resolution of escalated and highly complex order management issues for all product lines using specialized subject matter knowledge and analysis; serves as a subject matter expert to other departments on sales data management topics to support critical projects.
Enter data for everyone in Anaplan, following agreements and ensuring full accuracy of data entry
Validate what has been entered in Anaplan and get signoff from managers prior handover to Sales comp for SL generation
Handover to Sales Comp following the agreed calendar/timelines. Delays on handover will influence overall commitment to meet full sales letter release
Participate to Anaplan trainings and relate to our Anaplan SMEs to be supported during the quota deployment process
Release Sales Letters on time as per Readiness schedule
You will help drive the planning coordination and execution
You will cooperate with other departments to find the proper resolutions to issues
You will be part of quality improvement projects
You will manage support tickets & resolution
You will review/audit all Sales Compensation Operations (SCO) processes and operations are executed correctly and met the required guidelines to ensure accurate payment to the sales force
You will audit sales employee data to identify suspicious patterns
You will engage automation activities to reduce effort in releasing Sales Letters

Quota deployed on time in Anaplan for the assigned Business
Sales Letters Released on Day 1 of the period
Education and Experience Required:
First level university degree with a focus in business or finance; may have advanced university degree.
Typically 4-6 years of experience.
Experience in Sales or Operations
Experience in virtual team environment
Knowledge and Skills:
Excellent communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation); mastery in English and local language as well as other languages as required.
