Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Media Assistant to join one of our clients in Los Angeles. This person will be joining a team who supports our client's advertisement sales team. The person in this position will provide extra support to the team during the political year. They will be responsible for supporting different markets during the pre-sale phase and be responsible for gathering information in order to create proposals. They will review orders, enter them into the system and provide reporting to track different orders from clients. They will match orders in Excel with our client's information on their internal website and ensure accuracy. They will be inputting findings from the people who are reviewing advertisements and communicating with the group regarding what is most urgent. They will prepare budgets and report on certain targets for the sales team. This job will be performed 2 days on-site in Los Angeles and 3 days remote.
Skills and Requirements
1+ year of work experience in media/advertising
Strong Excel skills - pivot tables/v lookups
Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task null
