We are looking for:
To efficiently and timely manage the order fulfilment processes, Proactive handle customers. request and keep accurate visibility of the forecast in accordance with established operation policies
We count on you for:
Customer contacts
Act as the first customer contact person to handle customer requests, concerning orders management such as leadtime, order status (tracking), and provide feedback to the relevant sales manager regarding order status and/or changes.
Confirm with customer and sales manager the latest price and payment terms
Build relationship with customers through regular interaction (call or visit) Order processinq
Create & Process customer orders in RCS/ changes according to established department policies procedures, communicate with customer on relevant information, e.g. delivery schedules and product availability and coordinate with supply chain team, process customer returns according to established policies/procedures in case of necessity.
In some cases (New product, change of formulation...), the tracking of the order status may request a specific tracking of the industrial trials or direct contacts with R&D
Documentation
Follow up required documents (MSDS, COA, PDS, GHS Label etc)
Data manaqement
Maintain accurate customer data in RCS
Maintain accurate commission in customer /materiaI level in RCS
Maintain and follow rebate agreement in RCS if there is any agreeemment with customer . Maintain sales data
Maintain prices in system according to the validated price Accurate monthly sales closing and report to sales manager
Account Receivable Support
Work closely with sales to support for account receivable to ensure in time payment by customers. Forecast update management
Weekly update : check with customers and sales manager and update forecast on weekly basis.
Claim management
Follow up the process of complaint and input in SMART.
Sample managementFollow up GBU process of sample and input in SMART.
Customer Document requestFollow up GBU process of CDR and input in SMART.
Customer Specific requestFollow up GBU process of CSR and input in RCS Commission management
Validate commission record for sales to Korea per request of SBS team ( 2-3 times per month)
Prepare monthly sales closing data and get commission statement .
Issue commission debit note and send to SBS team. And manage commission income process. Order book checking and ensure billing level
Follow daily order book and keep it clean and in line with real status .
Tracking and ensure billing on time.
Co-ordiante and work toqether with GBU CSO based in Siqnapore
Prepare and Provide original shipping document set(Invoice, P/L, B/L, CoA, MSDS) to local customers.

You will bring:
Above 3 years' experience of customer service,
College degree or equivalent standard of education is essential
Familiar with SAP environment(SD) and sound knowledge of local regulations
Good oral and written English necessary,
Customer-centric;
Good communication & coordination skill;
High responsibility and accuracy of job
Open and transparent behavior
Key Accounts' (LG, Samsung etc) order management experience preferred.
Working experience for multi-national company, chemical company is preferred.
