Job Description
Provide dedicated support to External Sales team, Agents for pre-sales activities through to receipt and processing of order.
Act as primary interface between our business and clients in order to deliver excellent service and support to our global customer base.
Act as primary point of contact for customers and regional representatives.
Provide sales support to external sales team.
Co-ordinate our pre-sales activities by registering and processing enquiries in cooperation with external sales team and other departments in line with relevant company operating procedures.
Co-ordinate Technically detailed tenders for Project Business using product knowledge and with input from Plant and other internal departments.
Proactively follow up with clients and local representatives to progress quotations to order placement.
Maintain records, files and registers of enquiries, quotations and orders.
Register new sales orders and liaise with internal departments in order to process sales orders in line with company operating procedures.
Laise with order processing department to obtain and provide regular feedback to customers on order status.
With support from Marketing, obtain and issue literature and information to customers as/when requested.
Carry out the job requirements in full compliance with the Continental Code of Conduct.

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years' experience of working in a busy sales office environment including order processing, proposal writing and proactive follow up to tenders and quotes.
Working as part of a Team.
Excellent organisation skills and ability to prioritise a varied and often deadline oriented workload with minimum amount of supervision.
Working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
SAP experience beneficial but not essential
Database and record maintenance
Good understanding of IT systems including Microsoft Office suite.
Order processing and documentation processes.
Export and Distribution processes and relevant legislative requirements.
Educated to A-level or equivalent with a good standard of education.
European language; French or Spanish desirable but not essential.
Computer literacy (MS Office).
Excellent interpersonal skills and verbal / non-verbal communication skills.
Time management and organizational skills.
