　　Job Description Primary Function of Position:

　　We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support ISK Sales teams (Capital & Clinical) and ensure the smooth operation of sales activities. The Sales Administrator will be responsible for supporting internal process, logistics, and customer communication for market development events, answering customer inquiries, and managing sales documentations.

　　Roles and Responsibilities:

　　Build and manage business related information for better sales data infrastructure includes,

　　Collect, arrange and regular update on hospital TAM data or annual report acquired from CSR, ASMsCollect, arrange and regular update on surgeon pipeline listGenerate quarterly ‘Account profile report’ and distribute to all commercialCollect, arrange and regular update on hospital da Vinci surgery fee(로봇수술 비급여수가) acquired from CSR, ASMs, or hospital websiteCollect and manage hospital davinci promotional material acquired from CSRsInvestigate various data and update using KOSIS (including hospital infrastructures and private insurance)Create report and support customer communication and billing for accounts based on PPP & AMPOther data acquisition and managing based on team’s requestBasic sales data analysis and visualization Support sales team’s administration work

　　Various schedule management and regular sharing include ISK upcoming event, marketing program, academic congress, and customer trainingSupport internal logistics and the operation for Market Development Events (hospital level congress, booth activities, mobile events, and VIP sessions) for Capital & Clinical Sales (ex. payment operation, system booking, system delivery arranging, office meeting room reserving, needed material packing)Report HCP compliance activities internally via company system and to KMDIA per KMDIA Ethics Code (only inputting event information)Support I&A stock counting for trade credit in hospitalsDeliver basic information (system specification, manual, brochure, readiness guide, etc.) based on customers’ inquiriesSupport contract-related documentations (ex. Company seal certification, Tax payment proof, etc.) and send to each ASMParcel for I&A, demo and promotional materialTraining I&A, material, sample and ISO order and customer visit related parking items managementI&A price check, quotation, filing, postageOther office job based on team’s need Qualifications Skill/Job Requirements:
