Sales Account Manager - Electron Microscopy for Industrial Markets- Italy
Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc., the world leader in serving science, with annual revenue of approximately $40 billion is looking for a Salesperson with technical understanding of Material Sciences applications like catalysis, polymers, chemistry, metallurgy, batteries, mineralogy, etc. as well as the dynamics of the industrial environment.

What will you do?
The Account Manager handle sales/account management activities for all assigned locations, defining and driving sales strategies and ensuring the achievement of bookings, revenue and business goals.
Primary responsibilities include the following:
Own all sales/ account management responsibilities of specified Thermo Fisher Scientific (FEI legacy) products.Define, align and implement Account Strategy for the Material Sciences Industrial markets.Maintain accurate quarterly booking forecasts.Understand all budget issues at each customer and take strategic actions.Check that system configurations, specifications and acceptance conditions are appropriate for closing orders.Arrange system demonstrations in close collaboration with application engineers and product marketing managers.Handle the sales booking process.Report product issues in the field and work working closely with the Account service group and application engineers to find solutions.Work with Service Team to build an excellent customer experience.

Understanding of the industry challenges is needed and ability to develop high level of applications knowledge based on industry and segment focusExperience in selling technically solutions related to CAPEX products in industrial markets is appreciated.Highly developed skills to close sales deals and other topics with customers.Structured problem solving by working with customers and account teamSpecific strategical selling vision to handle large and technically complex projects along extended period of time (over 1 year).Typically requires an academic o technical degree in topics related with Engineering, Material Science, Physics, Chemistry, or similar.Excellent, keen, clear communication style to a diverse audience is needed to the success of this positionKnowledge of Electron Microscopy will be appreciate.Presentation skills to gain the attention of internal and external audiences.Capability to work within an account team and with other partners combined with the potential to work independent, self-starter.Very good written and oral communication skills in Italian and English are needed.Enjoyment of socializing and traveling to customer sites and factory locally and internationally.Driving Licence
