We are looking for a Health & SafetyLead to join us at our site in Flint.
You'll help support all thing's health and safety, quality and environmental at site and help push our road to zero campaign.
This is a Permanent, full time role primarily working Monday to Friday 8am-4pm

We're looking to offer a salary of up to £34,659per annum. In addition, we offer 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays, as well as the option to buy additional days. What you'll do on a typical day:
Ensuring that details of all incidents / accidents are formerly investigated and recorded on QHSE / ETQ in a timely manner Following the GXO procedure for accident / incident investigation and escalating to the senior management team where necessary Accurate and timely reporting of weekly and monthly KPIs as set by the business and / or Customer Service Level agreements, escalating any issues to line management and customers where appropriate Ensure that all administrative duties are carried out as necessary and to a high level of accuracy and professionalism Supporting the management team in the provision of training and development of colleagues; completion of MHE 5 Star training for all materials handling operatives
What you need to succeed at GXO:
NEBOSH / IOSH Qualification MHE License / MHE Training Capability ( RTITB Trainer) Ability to work under own initiative and as part of an effective team. Capable of following instruction with accuracy and care. Supporting and administering Health and Safety legislation and Business Policies Exposure to accident investigation Microsoft IT skills / Excel / PowerPoint / Word
