Shee Atika Enterprises in the process of recruiting a Business Development Analyst to join our team. The Business Development Analyst plays a key role in supporting the strategic growth of the business. This position requires strong analytical skills, an understanding of the defense industry, and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments. The role may also demand adaptability and the capacity to work effectively under pressure, especially when dealing with deadlines and responding to rapidly changing market conditions.
The Business Development Analysts' responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools for managing/analyzing data related to business development activities.Preparing reports and dashboards within the CRM tool to track business development metrics and performance against targets.Working with senior business development leadership to conduct targeted market research to identify new business opportunities within the defense sector.Assisting leadership in analyzing market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to inform business strategies.Monitoring and reporting on changes in defense budgets, government policies, and procurement practices that could impact the company.Assisting with and coordinating business development activities and follow-on actions surrounding trade shows.Assisting in maintaining relationships with existing clients and stakeholders.Supporting the development of communication strategies to engage with potential clients.Gathering and facilitating questions from internal customers accurately and in a timely fashion.Taking meeting minutes of coordination engagements and communicating minutes to customer.Assisting in preparation of deliverables.Requirements

Candidate must have 2+ years experience with the following:
Business development or project management related experience in Government Contracting (GovCon)Experience seeing business development efforts through the full life cycleWell organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environmentDetail oriented, analytical, self-starterStrong familiarity with CRM software tools, methodologies, and best practicesAbility to interact professionally and knowledgeably, creating a positive impression of the company.Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writingProven ability to solve problemsStrong interpersonal skillsProven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timelinePreferred qualifications (not required)

Salary Description$49,000 - $54,000
