Job Description
Join SATG as a S/4 Integration Capability Engineer! This job is responsible for deliverables including capabilities for SAP S/4 systems.
As a Capability Engineer you will also be part of an Agile Persistent Team (APT) that releases features to deliver SAP S/4 capabilities needed for IAO. You will work across various business and IT groups to solve complex problems for ensuring the success of IAO project. Collaborate with stakeholders and customers to understand business requirements and work within the team to meet those business requirements. You will need to understand and analyze user requirements, Engineer, Design, Build and Implement new capabilities for SAP S/4 Platforms in collaboration with stakeholders/customers. Ensure SAP S/4 platforms are in healthy state for day-to-day operations and working with developers to fix issues, if any. You will also be sustaining the current systems as Level 3 support.
Strong stakeholder and end user collaboration skills either during projects or for sustaining purposes will be highly desired.Excellent written and verbal skills providing the ability to communicate complex and ambiguous issues to various audiences.Ability to understand and document complex business processes in partnership with business stakeholders.Demonstrate competence or is interested to learn and apply technologies to enable business process and system improvement.
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications
The candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science or other Engineering related field and 6+ years of experience -OR- a Master's Degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science or other Engineering related field and 4+ years of experience -OR- a PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science or other Engineering related field and 2+ years of experience in:
SAP (S/4).SAP skills such as ABAP-OO, SAP PO, CPI/BTP, ALE.SAP development, SAP Data Services, SAP integrationExperienced in all solutions analysis, design, development and deployment stages of a project lifecycle.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $144,501.00-$217,311.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience
Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
