Paramount is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Intercompany Accountant. Responsibilities: Collaborate with international subsidiaries and tax departments on legal entity agreements and intercompany transactions. Ensure timely invoicing of service fee recharges based on intercompany arrangements. Monitor and resolve parked intercompany transactions; prepare monthly accrual journal entries. Reconcile inter/intracompany accounts quarterly; address imbalances and ensure resolution. Prepare operational metrics, discuss progress with management, and confirm intercompany balances. Participate in special projects, supporting auditors and contributing to process migration. Ensure key controls align with internal policies and Sarbanes Oxley regulations. Recommend and implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency. Provide accounting support to Treasury, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash departments. Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting/Finance. 0-2 years of relevant work experience. Proactive approach, strong initiative, and follow-through.
