Volunteers in Action DirectorThe Richland County Health Department is seeking a passionate and driven individual to lead our Volunteers in Action program. The Volunteers in Action Director must have excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to create positive working relationships with key stakeholders, organization, planning and time management skills, and be flexible as the requirements for the job are always evolving. This position requires daily management of the program, including two program staff. In addition, the Director will be required to travel to surrounding Northeastern Montana counties and occasionally outside the state. The position is part time, 32 hours per week. A Bachelor's degree is preferred in any related field: business, human services, psychology, or community health as examples. A combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered.
