Royal Canin Learning & Development Internship Experience
As a Royal Canin Learning & Development Intern, you will gain exposure to the following areas:
LMS Implementation: Collaborate with the Scientific Communications Team to assist in deployment of content on the new Learning Management System.
Content Development: Support the creation of engaging and informative training materials, ensuring alignment with Royal Canin's values and objectives.
User Support: Act as a point of contact for LMS-related inquiries, providing technical assistance and guidance as needed.
Data Management: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within the LMS, monitoring user progress, and generating reports for analysis.
Training Coordination: Support the coordination of training sessions, and other learning activities, ensuring seamless delivery and participation.
Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in training content and delivery methods.
Collaboration: Work closely on team with subject matter experts and stakeholders on cross-functional teams.
What are we looking for?
Currently enrolled in a relevant bachelor's degree program (e.g. Learning and Development, Organizational Development, Communications, Animal Sciences, Business Management).Able to work with ambiguity.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of Learning Management Systems.Willing to learn & adaptable to new skillsets on Learning Management Systems, curriculum, content, etc.Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Proactive and eager to learn, with a passion for creative learning modalities.
