As our Registered Nurse (RN) Assistant Director of Nursing at the HealthCenter at Franklin Park, you'll be responsible for the direction,provision and monitoring of high-quality clinical care and services toresidents, consistent with regulations and established clinical bestpractices. You'll supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed byall clinical staff assigned to your designated neighborhood or unit, on allshifts. Lastly, you'll encourage each resident's ability to maintain orattain the highest practical physical, mental, and psychosocialwell-being, through Community programs and procedures in compliance withapplicable laws and regulations, ABHM mission and core values. Part of yourduties will include the recruitment, development and management of nursingemployees who report to you - this is a fantastic opportunity to cultivate andgrow a team of dedicated staff members.

What you will need:
Current, unencumbered, RN license with the State Board of Nursing inColorado or current compact state license requiredMinimum of 2 years of clinical and supervisory experience in a healthcaresetting, with geriatric setting experience strongly preferredWho we are:
