What you will do:
Analyze business problems to develop and implement solutions using automated systems such as SAP TCA version, our pricing tool called Costko and our integrated business planning tool called SAP IBP.
Perform systems management and integration functions and improve existing computer systems.
Test, maintain, and monitor computer programs.
Provide technical expertise in SAP to identify, evaluate and develop systems and procedures that are cost effective and which meet user requirements.
Develop process maps, training guides, presentations, and standard operating procedures.
Help integrate our new system into the business by creating SOP’s and training materials, and training our end users.
Provide business model design services and support for development.
Handle issues and problems, working toward resolution, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
Apply knowledge of process and solution management practices to help collect and categorize project change requests.
Track and organize requirements and prioritize them in alignment with process advisors and across the department.
Perform data verification and cleansing to help ensure data is accurate and current.
Utilize the following tools/technologies: TCA system, SAP IBP, inventory management, contract management, and invoice discrepancy management.
Position allows working from home anywhere in the United States; Headquarters located at 15407 McGinty Road West, Wayzata, MN 55391.
Position Requirements:
The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or closely related field.
The qualified candidate must have at least 1 year (12 months) of experience in a business systems analyst position or closely related occupation.
The qualified candidate must also have at least 1 year (12 months) of experience with all of the following:
(a) identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and which meet user requirements;
(b) performing data verification and cleansing to ensure data is accurate and current;
(c) analyzing and handling business problems and providing resolutions;
(d) developing process maps, training guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs);
(e) supporting new process/system implementation and providing continuous support to end-users in the new system; and
(f) utilizing the following tools/technologies: TCA system, SAP IBP, inventory management, contract management, and invoice discrepancy management.
All experience may be gained concurrently.
