Summary:
At Meta RL, we make critical decisions to maximize supply flexibility and minimize liability exposure throughout the supply chain tiers with solid, meaningful, and confident data. We are looking for a highly analytical, self-driven and energized professional to manage the analytics in support of S&OP, E&O Council and Supply Chain Agility Review etc. As a Supply Chain Program Manager, you will manage supply chain complexity, build analytical models, drive cross functional alignment and present in executive reviews. As we continue to grow, you are expected to actively identify gaps in processes and lead projects for systemization and efficiency improvements.

RL Supply Chain Program Manager Responsibilities:
Prepare the monthly capital request for material Purchase Order based on costed BOM and material drive via a robust budget model, feeding the data, CoC changes and causes to S&OP and finance review.
Audit Purchase Order volume and value with Contract Manufacturer and report spend vs budget status to meet SOX compliance requirements.
Manage Liability Curve and project material E&O impact throughout supply chain tiers against different demand scenarios that enable demand vs supply decision.
Drive E&O validation and alignment with GSMs and present E&O scenarios in E&O Council on behalf of procurement organization.
Build visualization model and lead systemization of all critical reports that material team manages from Liability Curve, CTB to budget model.
Minimum Qualifications:

BS in Data Science, Supply Chain Management, Operation, or equivalent experience.
Experience with Excel, database, PPT, Power Query, PBI and Tableau.
3+ years of experience in high volume and fast paced hardware manufacturing business.
2+ years of experience in program management and cross functional collaboration.

Master of Data Science or MBA.
Hardware material management experience.
Experience with analytics and data modeling.
Experience communicating with and influence management of all levels.
Public Compensation:
$115,000/year to $170,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
