Job Description
To support this critical initiative, we are seeking a dynamic and driven Risks and Controls Program Lead with deep expertise in semiconductor manufacturing and ERP systems with supply chain master data experience. The Risks and Controls Program Lead is tasked with the design and implementation of enterprise-wide standard processes utilizing SAP S/4 capabilities. We are looking for someone who will take the initiative to drive results.

Using Supply Chain (or related knowledge) and people management skills:
Drives the development of business processes-related solutions for internal clients and business units.
Manages people and complex projects, programs, or groups of projects and programs that are directly tied to the specialized Supply Chain programs or projects.
Drives strategy, analysis and planning, interdependencies across multiple supply chain teams.
Leads review with senior leadership for largescale programs, providing transparency into the health, risk, and financials of individual projects.
Discusses program level milestones, prioritizes deliverables, as needed, to meet strategic needs.
Drives requirements scoping, analysis and planning including interdependencies, staffing constraints and schedule optimization across multiple supply chain teams. Advises and mentors the project/program management teams, providing guidance and leading the advancement of project management competencies.
Exercises thought leadership to innovate new processes and procedures within supply chain domain.
Oversees portfolio of projects to ensure all projects are performing per plan, addresses escalations and ensures each project/program is on track and delivers required business outcomes.
Manages risks of entire project portfolio to ensure that interdependencies and high level risks are considered and addressed at a portfolio level, i.e. uplevelling of risk management to portfolio level/whole organization level.
Responsible for enabling teams to execute through clear goal setting, facilitating work, maintaining accountability, applying differentiated performance management, and driving team results.
Drives results by inspiring people, role modeling Intel values, developing the capabilities of others, and ensuring a productive work environment.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Construction Management or related field of studyAND
4+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Risk management related areas.Preferred Qualifications:
MBA degree in Supply Chain, Finance, or related field of study with 4+ years of experience.

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
