ROLE SUMMARY
The Business Risk Management Lead is responsible for developing and monitoring a comprehensive GWE strategy to manage and mitigate risks within the organization and in alignment with enterprise policies.
This role includes providing direction, leadership, and guidance in areas such as EH&S reporting, business resilience, risk and crisis management and compliance.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide strategic leadership and guidance for the development and implementation of EH&S reporting, business resilience, risk and crisis management and compliance
Develop and uphold company-wide policies, procedures and guidelines for regulatory compliance and best practices while providing strategic leadership in meeting all regulatory reporting obligations
Coordinate with Corporate Audit on the overall audit schedule and act as the primary GWE liaison
Verify the accuracy and integrity of EH&S data from various business verticals
Consolidate EH&S KPIs and communicate insights to stakeholders
Develop and deliver training and support to EH&S colleagues within business verticals on reporting methodologies and tools
Establish and communicate GWE business resilience strategies and guidelines to business verticals and supervise the collection, monitoring, and assessment of business resilience plans
Develop and maintain GWE guidelines for business continuity plans
Lead the creation of comprehensive training materials to support business resilience activities
Develop and continuously refine guidelines and procedures for EH&S risk assessments and crisis management plans. Represent GWE on crisis teams within Pfizer
Interface with the Global Security team to identify potential risks and support in the development of mitigation strategies
Continuously monitor and assess risk; determine appropriate response plans
Lead the design and implementation of training programs on compliance-related topics
Stay informed on new regulations and provide guidance to site teams
Address and resolve escalated compliance issues from various business verticals
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or an EH&S related field
A minimum of 10 years of experience in risk management, environmental health and safety or a related field
In-depth understanding of EH&S requirements and compliance
In-depth experience in crisis management and risk assessment
Demonstrated leadership experience managing an EH&S team
Understanding of relevant EH&S reporting requirements
Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
MBA or advanced degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field
Industry certifications
Experience in the real estate industry within a Fortune 500 company or similar large-scale organization

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $149,200.00 to $241,500.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
