KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under the direct supervision of the Risk Manager, serve as the Risk Management point person for internal teams (Marketing, Regulatory, Purchasing, etc.) to track and communicate status of and action items needed for new supplier diligence, set up and ongoing compliance with RM-006 Supplier Due Diligence Corporate Policy.
Review incoming supplier packets to verify insurance requirements are met and to reach out to functional teams as needed to obtain accurate and completed forms.
Add approved suppliers to the Company database.
Assist Analyst as needed to prepare the monthly supplier compliance reports.
Conduct the necessary data analysis to match suppliers of newly acquired entities to the existing Henry Schein supplier database.
Participate in recurring supplier compliance update calls with subsidiary companies and develop minutes including the tracking of action items.
Sort through historical scanned documents and distribution agreements on existing suppliers to find any missing contracts and respond to internal customers with findings in a timely fashion.
Call suppliers and insurance brokers and assist administrative assistant in developing mail campaigns to obtain required information, i.e., e-mail address, broker details, insurance certificates and contracts.
As directed, work with functional teams throughout the Company globally to achieve supplier compliance goals.
Collect the necessary documentation to process payment of below deductible completed operations claims.
Under the direction of the Senior Analyst, update and distribute the annual Risk Management & Insurance Claim Handling Manual on an annual basis.
Assist team in the use of the Risk Management Information System by cleansing data to be uploaded, entering data directly, and running reports as needed.
May assist the Risk Management team with collection of insurance data for renewals.
Support the VP and Senior Analyst in scheduling Business Continuity meetings, preparing documents for workshops, following through on action items, and storing final plans in Microsoft Teams.
Responsible to maintain the RM team intranet site.
May support the Risk Management team in administration of invoice requests and the issuance of surety and bid bonds, auto ID cards, and certificates of insurance.
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Word, Excel (including pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of and ability to learn general database applications.
Aptitude for data analytics.

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
Typically 4 or more years of related experience.
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
Typically High School education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training. Bachelor's degree preferred.
TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS:

The posted range for this position is $42,120 - $73,710, which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including education, prior experience, training, current skills, certifications, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.
