　　Team Introduction

　　Our Finance Shared Service Center team provides global financial sharing services for the group, aiming to strengthen group management and control, optimizing business processes, reduce financial costs and improve management efficiency.

　　Responsibilities:

　　1. Build a financial sharing module report analysis system, monitor indicator changes and analyse attribution, output valuable analysis reports and insights, empower business cost control, and provide customised special project analysis reports based on key user demands to save company resources;

　　2. Understand risk management and risk quantification, effectively monitor risk behaviour and abnormal expenses, and output risk control strategy suggestions;

　　3. Support the daily operation and risk investigation of the monitoring dashboard, meet the requirements of Operational Efficiency and Quality Analysis, and achieve lean operation driven by Data.

　　4. Familiar with the logic between systems, support the docking of risk control decision engine and system, coordinate XFN resources, and realize the productization and intelligence of risk control.

　　Qualifications

　　Job Requirements:

　　1. Bachelor's degree or above, computer science, statistics, economics, financial management and other related majors preferred;

　　2. Data analysis or risk control modelling experience, with a background in internet companies, large multinational enterprises, financial consulting industry experience is preferred, globalization project experience is preferred;

　　3. Strong understanding of theoretical methods of machine learning , proficient in using SQL/ Python /R and other development languages and BI tools;

　　4. Highly proficient in data analysis, with excellent data analysis and reporting ability; high business sensitivity and strong logical reasoning ability, able to framework thinking and system decomposition of complex problems;

　　5. Excellent communication skills and teamwork, good professional ethics and work enthusiasm, high self-drive and result-oriented, innovative
