Our Risk and Compliance teams ensure TJX carries out its goals and objectives with integrity and in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policy. Our Risk Assurance group is expanding! We've added a Risk Assurance Analyst to support Risk Assurance functions including but not limited to regulatory reporting, risk assessments, data analytics, and process improvement. This is a hybrid position based at our Marlborough, MA office.
Primary responsibilities:
Supports the Sr. Risk Assurance Analyst and Risk & Compliance leadership in regulatory reporting, risk assessments, data analytics, and process improvementConducts research and writing on a variety of regulatory and business topics Analyzes current systemic, policy, and procedure related opportunities to define risk in the areas of product compliancePartners with the Sr. Risk Assurance Analysts to design, implement and conduct Risk Assurance assessments Performs root cause analysis on assessment findings and works to provide solutions to the various business functions within the organizationDevelops year-over-year analysis of assessment progress documentation through qualitative and quantitative analysisStays current on risk and compliance best practices, laws, and regulations to prevent the company from being open to risk in the future Obtains Six Sigma Yellow Belt within the first six months of employment Collaborates with subject matter experts across TJXOther duties as assigned to support business objectives
Who We Are Looking For: You
2+ years of legal or risk experience Bachelor's degree or equivalentExcellent written and verbal communication Ability to maintain confidentiality as appropriate Demonstrates confidence when presenting including to executives, along with the ability to influence and collaborate with multiple stakeholdersWorks effectively in a matrix environmentStrong critical thinking, attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skillsProven understanding of product compliance laws and regulations is a plus Proficient with Office 365 Suite, including advanced Excel
