The roles and responsibilities of an ASR team member offer an outlet for inquisitive minds. Risk investigation which is the predominant task of the team calls for analytical thinking, a creative approach to understanding fraud patterns, and interpersonal communication skills to remain relevant from time to time.
The most exciting and worthwhile challenges faced by ASR involve detecting and preventing account takeovers and financial losses on user accounts.
The feeling of facilitating an earner from continuing to benefit from the platform and preventing losses of a spender adds to overall job satisfaction at ASR.
What will the candidate do:
Work on risk investigation, detecting fraud patterns, and generating valuable insightsProvide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.Independent decision-making and readiness to work in a bold and target-based environmentAble to multitask and meet responsibilities through the achievement of targets on a weekly/monthly basisAble to suggest and make recommendations for process improvements/changesConduct high-priority investigations requiring subject matter expertisePitch into team effort by accomplishing related results as neededMaintain focus on data integrity and producing work of the highest quality
Basic Qualifications:
Clear communication: You are a clear and concise communicator with the ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly, highlight the key takeaways, and disseminate useful insightsExploration: The ability to self-serve, investigate, and get the data we require will make you much more effective in this role. A Self-starter demeanor is what we are looking forAttention to detail with swift execution: We need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well. Balancing those can be challenging, and this should be a strengthProblem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, Excel skills, and ability to make independent decisions
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of customer support experienceOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsExperience working in a highly meticulous environment, demonstrating a high degree of diligence and accountabilityExperience taking care of different risk, safety or compliance teams and having a good understanding of Fraud is idealPassion for driving quality and process improvement. Confident in presenting feedback and findings to partnersProficiency in productivity tools (email, calendar), Google Suite, or Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)Proficiency in Bliss/BlissNxt and Investigations Workbench is preferableStrong teamwork skills towards a shared sense of purpose
